I just wanted to say welcome and that I'm glad you found us! :h2)

I really like the sound of your cereal and chicken finger breakfast! Tasty! Today I had a protein shake and buckwheat porridge with apples I picked fresh from the orchard on Saturday.

Doing this program freed me from those awful "gotta have it" sugar cravings and balanced out my moods and emotions which were just a leetle bit out of control . Radiant recovery has given me so much but in a nut shell it gave me my life back.

When I first started I got Kathleen's book Potatoes Not Prozac, and it helped a lot. Do you have that book?

I also joined the radiantbreakfast group and learned all about the four parts of breakfast. There are some really skilled and friendly leaders that help out there as well as some nice fellow travelers who are learning the ropes of breakfast just like me! Do you know how to access the yahoo groups?
