Hello there, this is all very new to
: me. I've had problems for years
: and years and suddenly in the last
: couple of weeks it's like I've
: seen the light and finally
: understand the problem I have. I'm
: feeling relieved to understand the
: addiction but I also feel rather
: emotional and worried about
: whether I can deal with this on my
: own.

: I don't have any friends I can talk
: to about what I'm going through
: but think I'm really going to need
: some support to conquer this
: addiction. It's taken me to some
: dark places over the years and I
: want to feel strong enough to beat
: it and feel in control.
