migraines
I'm new to the program and I find it very discouraging when I'm "doing the food" and exercising and then I get a migraine. My first impulse is to run to sugar to "feel better"? Has anyone else dealt with migraines? Do they get better the longer you're on the program? Does it take a while for your body to heal from the migraines as well? I've always blamed my migraines on my eating habits and yet I have found this is not consistent. I can be eating perfectly healthy and "doing everything right" and still get migraines. Is it possible that maybe after my body heals a bit from the sugar abuse it will get better? I'm open to suggestions.
