Thanks Dori :h11) I need all the positive encouragement I can get, especially as I'm so hard on myself at the moment!

I'm struggling a lot with eating too fast at night, and usually it's on sweet things or things I 'like' even fruits! sigh. So I want to try and have a different breakfast...rather than sweet based, which I'm having now (oats or porridges with fruits/dry fruits.)

I am thinking of having something more salty or even spicy...like vegetable soups or even a lentil salad, tofu salad? Sounds strange to start the day with this maybe...but it would probably be best for me!
