Hi Dori,

I admit that I'm naturally thin, but I'm worried maybe if I add breakfast into my day, it may get me to gain more weight than I am comfortable with...of course at this point, stabilizing my body chemistry is more priority than gaining a few pounds but I admit that may be a fear and part of what is holding me back from making breakfast a regular thing.

Do you still have coffee, at all? I'm confused, with this program do we absolutely have to give up all sugar and sweet things, like we can never have coffee with sugar or cream again?
