wow. It is SO inspiring to hear you say that you can go out, have a few sips and not want any more. Coffee is something I have every day, at least two servings of and of course we're not talking just plain black!
I know that right now I need to work the steps and not worry about it. But IS there something to this idea of quitting the sugar and caffeine cold-turkey?
