I will admit...my eating is better in that, i'm getting much better with variety, even more fruits in my diet which is still sugar but so much better than before when i lived on cake, pastries, more processed sugary things.

I really like that about chewing 32 times...I definitely need to work on this / practice it! I just want to be able to eat slower, it would help me to feel better about myself too like...give me some confidence back and of course physically too it would be good for me!

Still having a tough time...just want to give up so much at times.
