I didnt think of alcohol at all at first, in fact I didnt realise it was sugar till I saw the sugar continuum diagram and that gave me a shock
Anyway, round about step 3 ( I didnt have sugar as such as I had never added it in from previously 'detoxing' ) I realised that my wednesdays were a bit rubbish, I always felt low.
the reason looked like the wine I had at weekends, and because it was such a bother it was quite easy to let that go! I moved the glass of wine to meals where it wasnt that interesting and it was easy for me
theres a list for support about alcohol as well, the Recovery list and it can be found via make connections
