Working on breakfast is going to help so much with this. I've been amazed over the years at what I don't worry about anymore. Your shake is a great start for the protein part of breakfast. I know you had mentioned eating rice too, but you didn't include it in this list. Are you getting enough protein? Do you know how much protein you need? It is so easy to get distracted and think of what is wrong. Would it help to look at what you are doing right? Focus on breakfast, and try not to get caught up into the rest of the day. Having breakfast is successful...yay for you!!
