Alcohol

Hi

Have been taking things slowly and just focussing on getting breakfast right. I have also started to journal and reflect on my eating patterns . Can see one reason I binge is because I don't eat enough thr rest of the time! I also seem to come unstuck when I have alcohol . I don't drink a lot but when I do I seem to lose all inhibitions and eat rubbish. Will I need to give up the wine to succeed?
