Day 2 new cereal
There are many choices in that supermarket cereal aisle.
I wonder how much difference there is in the store brand and the really fancy name brand of cornflakes. What about puffed rice?
Shall I stick to a cooked cereal?
I am coming from long months of eating either oatmeal or dry oat cereal. Brown foods are one of my challenging areas. I want to be more adventurous but am allergic to wheat and so many of the mixed boxes have wheat in them.
