I actually went ahead and used the oatmilk, but in very small amounts each morning, making the bulk of my shake up with plain yogurt and a bit of water to thin it out. I tried using some plain pureed pumpkin and a bit of chai tea spice mix (it's just a spice mix, and contains no sugar, tea or chai syrup) - sugars free pumpkin chai shake! It was really nice and autumnal tasting.

The sugar in the oatmilk didn't seem to have a huge affect on me, though I'm not in a particularly balanced state so it's a bit hard to hard to tell. I am looking forward to trying an almond milk though.
