Day 1. New cereal

Yes, go for the spices and herbs.. What would I do without garlic powder, ginger and cinnamon
( not all together of course ) .
And as for being accountable, yes just to yourself .
I play games like giving myself a 30 day challenge. Then I report here on the forum and that helps me keep my new habit.
My latest challenge is to try some new cereal.My day one report is that I passed up the oatmeal and Cheerios bought a corn cereal instead. I get in a bit of a rut when I find something I like.
It is all about texture for me lately,, so I may be making up a batch of cornbread for breakfast. . .
