I think thats just fantastic you are noticing and listening to that sort of body feedback!

When I started with shake I had a very active morning and I found the oats went nowhere I started changing browns around and eating it on the side. Jacket potato, mashed sweet potato, something hefty Also right till the end of my step 3 I needed 2 planned snacks to see me to my next mealtime.
this was a bit scary to me because I was used to willpowering through, that white knuckle thing, but I believe it was steadying to my blood sugar ... when I settled a bit the snack went.
on the other hand, your body might just love sausage egg and grits Ive never met grits but I do like a full english - similar concept
