: medication. So I KNOW my serotonin
: levels must be up due to my eating
: more protein. Since I noticed the
: benefits of eating protein with
: breakfast, and I have an energy
: demanding job, I've started to eat
: more protein with lunch and dinner
: as well. Maybe my brain is trying
: to adjust? Anyone have a
: suggestion for helping to sleep a
: little later? It's kind of a
: cycle, because when I'm up so
: early obviously I am going to want
: to go to sleep earlier.

Why not just go to bed earlier?
I think it is a sign of being healthier.
