I totally agree with the handwritten journal thing, handwriting can be such a giveaway to whether something is right or wrong food wise, when you have been on the steps for a while and have a few past journals, you will make a connection between certain types of feelings and certain types of handwriting. My "starting out" journal writing style was so much different to how it is now.
