Mosaic,are you saying that you can oonly drink coffee or tea when you are having a meal? do you have to do that on step 3? I find myself drinking plain green tea with nothing added to it all throughouut the day.I don't think that even on step 3 I am going to be able to limit it to mealtime only. Will that mean I am not going to be able to do step 3 correctly and it won't work if I cannot yet limit it to mealtime.Thanks. I appreciate it.
