I remember feeling in a dilemma about the potato.. I was actually scared of it on the one hand, and attracted on the other in case it meant I could have a potato as big as a loaf at bedtime LOL
By the time step 4 came along ( that took a while as I went through quickly first go and started again) it was not a worry for me because I had learnt a lot in 1 - 3 and trusted the process a lot more
now on step 7 and I dont always have the potato 3 hours after dinner - my journal tells me Im fine in summer and I watch it in winter - but when I do, my weight is very stable with it, has been all the way through.
