Stuffed!

I wonder how long it took for your body to adjust. I can't seem to eat solid food 5 times a day. So for snacks I made smoothies with protein powder, fruit nuts and a brown. The first one after the gym went down fine. The second one three hours after lunch has made me bloated and stuffed. I really don't feel like I have any room for dinner tonight.
