Hi Ida,

What I would probably do is check and make sure I'm getting enough for breakfast, and taking a look at what I'm having for snacks. Over time, I've found that some things hold me better than others, and so if I'm feeling hungry, I go back to my *best* foods. If you want to share what you are having for breakfast and snack, maybe we could help you out a bit.
