second breakfast?

Hi,

I'm considering adding a second breakfast to my day because I'm having trouble adjusting to a new work schedule. I get up at 5-5:30a to get kids off to school, I work 9a to 5p, and dinner is usually ready at 6p. I've tried adding two good snacks between 11:30 lunch and dinner, but I'm still feeling ravenous by dinner. I also have a mid-morning snack, but I'm wondering if I need a second breakfast and a shift of lunch time. Has anyone tried this?
