I know people with essential tremor so its one of those topics Im interested in and like to read about.
you could always chat to your neurologist about different medications, treatments. I do not know much about the steps and essential tremor, but its my opinion that we eat so healthily that its a bonus for any health issue
Another thing that is of huge benefit to us is that we have our journals. And that over time will help youknow what is best for you... thats what I have learned
Incidentally, I had no intention of giving up caffeinated coffee at all, ever. it just happened as part of my step 6 when it wasnt that appealing after all.
how are you getting on with breakfast protein grams? are you finding that easier? what do you like?
