Sarit,
I make my own almond milk pretty often. I either use my Soyquick milk maker or just my blender. Like Jeffrey, I soak almonds, drain, blend them with water, and then strain. A nut milk bag makes that easy. Or I used to use a big piece of muslin or cheesecloth laid over a strainer.
I don't think it needs any sweetener to taste yummy in my morning shake or to cook with.

: Hi Sarit
: It sounds like your body was pretty
: smart this time around and spoke
: to you LOUD and clear. In my old
: hippie days, I used to make almond
: milk by soaking raw almonds over
: night and blending them up for a
: minute or so in the blender and
: then straining. I used to add
: honey, but that would not work
: with RR. I might consider adding a
: little stevia. I don't have a
: problem with that stuff, but I
: remember Kathleen saying to stay
: clear of any sweeteners. In any
: case, it will keep in the fridge
: for 3 days no problem.
