Yes it can work for you. Dont worry about giving up pop right now. When you become more steady with the food and doing the steps you will heal the desire to do have pop. REALLY!!!!

1. Within an hour of waking(I do best within a half hour)
2. With complex carb (I like oats, holds me the longest)
3. With the proper amount of protein for your weight
4. Everyday
