Hi Jeffrey: :h24)

I'm so glad you are working on increasing your food! :h2) :h2) :h2)

I will tell you from my own personal experience that adding a planned snack in the evening and sometimes two planned snacks made all the difference in my program. I work in the evening and have to eat at 5:00 PM most evenings. I don't get home until 11:00 PM and some days not until 1:00 PM (two snack days lol). That made for a long time of no food and this girl was grumpy and frantic when she got home. :s4(

I spent a long time with the step 3 list trying to figure out what to eat, how much to eat, when to eat it, if it was possible to eat a snack at work and on and on :h5) So, don't feel bad if this takes you a while to figure out. :h6)
