: Thanks Jeff, green tea sounds lovely.
: I hope I can also still use dairy
: like soy milk even when i'm off
: sugar...as long as the milk isn't
: over-sweet or i'm not dumping
: sugar in my tea / coffee!

: I have a problem with breakfast, it's
: easier for me to make the other
: meals more regular. I've never
: been a regular eater, so i'm
: trying to establish more of that
: structure.

: Its very hard because I'm around some
: ppl like young women and old, who
: are always on a diet or trying to
: watch their weight or they are
: feeling sick and don't eat much. I
: have to not compare myself to
: that! I'll try to make a new
: posting about this...because the
: feedback would help a lot.

: In the meantime, are there items I
: could eat or drink for breakfast
: that would help me to not see it
: as 'so much' food, like
: psychologically more or less? I
: think drinks in the morning are
: most helpful for this, or
: something equally more liquid
: like...maybe porridge / oats.

Hi Sheelia:

People are always commenting on my eating at work. Before RR they would say things like: "How do you stay so thin when you eat so much?" :s11( I was not then, nor am I now thin. :s2( They would also say things like "Where did all the candy go? Did you eat it all?" or "How many cookies have you eaten?" :s7( They also comment on how much I salt my food (which I still do) :h10)

Since I began to eat program food they say things like: "Dori always eats healthy.", "Look at all that wonderful food. How do you have time to cook it?" :h11) I tell them I cook in batches in answer to the question about having time to cook. Many know how necessary it is for me to eat on time. :h3) And, others know what happens if I don't eat the proper foods. :s3( Yes, be very afraid. lol

People ask me if I am trying to lose weight. I tell them no, I am eating healthy so I feel better physically and emotionally. And, they can see that I do. :h4)

I hope this helps,

Dori
