Shake has been the perfect answer for me regarding breakfast. It's quick, liquid, has enough protein and if I want I can add my brown right into my shake. Are you able to get whey protein powder where you live?
I don't know the exact recipe for almond milk and I have never made my own, but I remember this being discussed either on this forum or one of the lists. It involves grinding up almonds into a flour like consistency and adding water until you like the consistency. I would imagine it involves a lot of trial and error, but I would hate not to have my almond milk.
