Thanks Jeff, green tea sounds lovely. I hope I can also still use dairy like soy milk even when i'm off sugar...as long as the milk isn't over-sweet or i'm not dumping sugar in my tea / coffee!
I have a problem with breakfast, it's easier for me to make the other meals more regular. I've never been a regular eater, so i'm trying to establish more of that structure.
Its very hard because I'm around some ppl like young women and old, who are always on a diet or trying to watch their weight or they are feeling sick and don't eat much. I have to not compare myself to that! I'll try to make a new posting about this...because the feedback would help a lot.
In the meantime, are there items I could eat or drink for breakfast that would help me to not see it as 'so much' food, like psychologically more or less? I think drinks in the morning are most helpful for this, or something equally more liquid like...maybe porridge / oats.
: Don't worry about the coffee and tea
: thing. I was drinking copious
: amounts at the beginning just to
: "feel OK". That started
: to taper off as well as the
: sweetener. Now I just have a cup
: of green tea in the am and maybe
: another in the afternoon - both
: unsweetened. This was just a
: natural evolution and I did not
: plan it. Keep the focus on
: breakfast for now. That is enough
: to master.
