aw *hugs you back* thank you =) I will try to do the last two with step 1. That's easiest for me, and it's strange that its easier for me to go backward and do dinners and lunches. breakfast is hardest for me. But if I work on consistency, eating/drinking something every day and during the morning, that may help.

I just dislike the idea of 'eating' something. maybe if I can do something psychologically like, have an idea of something to eat/drink that doesn't feel like 'eating' that may help me. Does that make sense? Sorry I feel a bit frazzled / all over the place lol.
