HI Allison, thanks for the support.

I think for me, its easiest to go even more 'backward' and I'm having more success with the other times of day...evening and noon/afternoon, although I'm having more fruit in the afternoon which is still sweet. In evenings I have more of savoury items like rice with vegetables and some protein like beans or lentils.

It's hard maybe because out of habit I just really dislike breakfast. So far, I've been able to do basic rice porridges or instant cereals like this, and I like the idea of a shake or soy milk...but I haven't been able to make it consistent. I am sorry, I mean I feel I should apologize lol to the world. I know it's only my own self I need to be focusing on...
