This is cool Kathleen. In some ways I feel I am at step 1 again. I did add an extra egg and DOUBLED the portion of oatmeal this a.m. Surprisingly I thought I would fill up half way, but managed to eat all and not feel too full. The side effect was feeling tired for about an hour or two (not the depression tired I usually feel). Could this be my digestion system adjusting? I was thinking of taking digestive enzymes until I get used to the new quantities.
This is challenging, maybe more than going off of sugar. Today at day 4 of detox, I feel motivated and energized vis a vis anxious and depressed. I may actually get some work done in the yard today.
