I was worried about belly fat when I first started and it just made me more anxious. So I took everyone's advice and just concentrated on the four parts of Step 1. It is 10 months later and the belly fat is slowly coming off without any extra effort on my part. There is plenty of information on PnP and The Sugar Addicts Total Recovery Program about protein portions. I know that an egg for example is about 6-7 grams of protein and a 6 oz can of tuna fish is about 25. You can also Google it and find tons of useful information.
