More food??

Thank you Kathleen for going over this. Funny I thought I was getting more than enough food. Actually I am not trying to control my weight. It seems to have stabilized anyway. I am not sure how I can eat more as I get plenty full from just what I am eating. If I eat more, I start feeling nauseous. One trick was to eat more meals a day like you suggested: 3 meals with 2 snacks. I used to do that before RR, but was leery of doing this being a sugar addict and compulsive overeater.

I do weights and cardio at the gym 3 times a week. I get in at least another day of cardio mabye 2 during the week, but out doors.

I forgot to mention that I slather olive oil all over the veggies and salads. Does that count for more fat? I also put 1 tbs. of coconut oil in smoothies (and the oatmeal if I can remember) for good fat. Ditto for the flax and chia seeds.

I can certainly eat protein at meals. I have to be careful with dairy though as I have a slight allergy. A couple times a week of goat or sheep milk products seems to be OK. So does that mean more meat and protein powder?

How many carbs were you talking about? A cup of brown rice or oatmeal really fills me up. How many slices of bread or crackers are we talking about?

Finally I am trying to read between the lines. Are you saying it doesn't matter if I stay with the daily sugar fix or not? Now that I am at day 3 of the detox, I feel like seeing it through. You mentioned that I should try step 6 a couple of times. I am REALLY between a rock and hard spot on this issue...
