I can understand feeling like a disappointment! Everybody here is so wonderful and doing so well... It can be intimidating. But maybe it would be fun to join the Step 1 list and talk breakfast with these guys? When i joined them, I realized that people do struggle with the program and they can overcome their struggles through connection, asking questions, trying things and simply believing and carrying on. In the end it worked for me!
Also, it was a tremendous help to break breakfast up into its four steps and work on one part at a time, not all at once.
1. enough protein for your weight
2. a complex carb
3. on time
4. every day
It might be easier for you to start "backwards". Or it might be easiest to start with "complex carb"... It's so individual. What are your struggles?
