Really, we never feel anyone here is a disappointment, we just want to help.
Would it be easier for you if you stopped worrying about the other meals and just worked on breakfast for now? And then for the other meals, you can just do what you are used to doing. It feels like you are trying to take on too much at once and it's making you anxious.
I did everything at once on another plan, and I wish now that I had done it one step at a time. It was really hard juggling that many balls. Since then, from being in this community, I've learned to break changes and projects down into little steps, so I can tackle just the amount I can handle and not get overwhelmed by trying to do everything at once. Every step forward, no matter how small, is success.
