hi and thanks! i'm still having a hard time with the daytime, dinner is my best meal because i can easily combine proteins with healthy carb - rice and veg plus tofu, or beans and noodles, mostly these combinations.
I also fit in some snacks like fresh fruits, peanuts or almonds,
but eating during the day, do you recommend oats and light soups?
I just don't like to feel too full during the day...
