I can be real lazy XXX in the a.m. So I got myself some protein powder and started making smoothies with fruit and veggies. I also cook up 6 hard boiled eggs the night before so I have them in the fridge. Also, cooked turkey and chicken sausage works. I even do a can of tuna on occasion. All of these take 2 min. max before they're ready to chow down.
