I am in the same situation. I get home very late from work which only leaves 2 hours max before my spud and going to bed. It seems to have an effect though. The only thing I do is eat the protein first at dinner and then the browns/veggies/dessert. That gives me another 15- 20 minutes or so.

: I tried to do a search on this but
: the forum has been so popular that
: I got lost in the many other
: messages ...
: I eat dinner with my family around 8
: pm so that we can all be together.
: I go to bed between 10 and 10:15
: (but ideally closer to 10 pm). We
: are trying to eat dinner earlier,
: say 7 pm, but it rarely works out.
: If we don't eat until 8 pm (done
: at 8:30) should/could I have the
: potato a little before 10 pm,
: which is only a 1-1/2 hour delay,
: instead of 3 hours? Is it okay if
: I eat the potato immediately
: before going to bed?
: Many thanks --
