Welcome! I'm glad breakfast is working out well for you. I had always eaten breakfast too, but it was all carbs and I would be ravenous an hour later. When I added protein, it was like a miracle.
Many people are able to reduce or eliminate anti depressants after doing the food. I was able to get off of Prozac. I waited until I had been steady on step 7 for 6 months, and then reduced it gradually after checking with my doctor.
Keep in touch and let us know how it's going.

: Hi, I'm so excited and thankful to
: have found PNP. I'm 46 years old
: and have suffered from depression
: and have been taking
: antidepressants for 20+ years. I
: take 10 mg of lexapro daily and 90
: mg of armour thyroid daily. The
: armour thyroid has allowed me to
: decrease the lexapro dose from 20
: to 10 mg.
: I'm in Step 1. I've always been a big
: breakfast eater. However, I now
: realize I haven't been eating
: nearly enough protein. The last 2
: days I've eaten 30 grams of
: protein with breakfast (aligned
: with PNP recommendation based on
: my weight). I feel great.
: My goal is to follow the Steps slowly
: and deliberately as recommended. I
: hope one day to get off lexapro.
: There are side effects that I just
: don't like, but feel I've had no
: alternative.
: I'm happy to be here!!!
