Hi Leigh
Regular yogurt isn't very dense - lots of sugar for the amount of protein. But I use greek yogurt for part of my protein. You can see how your body reacts to it.
I've done various things with my breakfast over the years, when I've needed snacks. Currently, I have been exercising and need snacks. I eat all my breakfast protein at breakfast, and the snack is extra, because I need extra food because of the exercise level. Once again, you can try different things and see how your body likes them. If you are needing to eat more meals because of blood sugar, the program may help with that. Before I began exercising, I did get to the point where my blood sugar was really steady with three meals, but adding in the extra activity level changed that.
Let us know what you try and how it works out.

: Hello all. I am back after years of
: being gone. I have tried this
: program before and failed many
: times but I am hoping I can do it
: this time. I do have a couple of
: questions though that I would
: really appreciate if someone can
: anser for me. First of all I have
: what is called an essential tremor
: and have to eat every three hours.
: I am hoping this plan might
: possibly help with it. My first
: question is if I have calculated
: that I have to have 23 grams of
: protien for breakfast. Will it be
: okay if I have 18 grams at 6.00 am
: and then 5 grams at 9:00 or does
: the 23 grams need to be eaten at
: one time. Also I really like greek
: yogurt. Does that cout toward my
: protien grams as a dense protien?
: It has 22 grams in one cup. In the
: PNP book it says that yogurt
: doesn't count but I am really
: hoping greek yogurt is different.
: Thanking you in advance for an
: help.
: Leigh
