Hi Terri,
I eat on the high end of the range since I do lots of sports. I notice I like eating on the high end
particularly at breakfast. For larger or inactive people, I've read here that it's fine to eat on the
lower end. You could try a little more at breakfast-I find protein powder is very easy to add a little
extra to, where it would be harder for me to add an extra egg. Experiment and see what holds you
best.

: I was reading a few days ago a post

: calculated a different amount of
: protein for someone than she had
: for herself. Have the calculations
: changed Kathleen or am I
: misunderstanding? Have you found
: that it's holding people the same
: amount of time? I was always
: calculating by .6 and I read that
: you are saying .4 now? It always
: felt like so much food and every
: single day would have such a hard
: time eating that amount at each
: meal. Does it still max out at 250
: also?
: I would love to know if things have
: changed but don't know how the
: "staying" power will be
: if I decrease amounts. I'm just
: wondering if I read it right or
: I'm confused or what? Could
: someone please clarify for me, I'd
: really appreciate it.
: Thanks,
