Hi all,
As I'm currently residing in southeast Asia, and I'm also gluten-intolerant, I'm utilizing rice a lot. The thing is, I avoided rice all the time because I preferred other things like donuts, cakes, cookies, etc...anyhow, I have found that since rice is so easy to obtain here, I often have rice porridges, or rice with vegetables and beans or tofu in the evening.
I even wonder if I could have rice with veggies as a breakfast. I know that sounds strange...but it's better than having pop-tarts or another sweet breakfast item only to want more sugar throughout the day!
What are your thoughts on this...I don't need to give up the rice for now? I need to focus on breakfast, just breakfast...right?
Just eating within the hour of waking up, and keeping this goal up for a consistent amount of time until it feels regular? I know it sounds so silly but I think it really will take me SO long to do this. To actually eat early in the day and do it for a long amount of time...
