Thank you for your replies, it is so reassuring that there are others than can advise. I tried nuts for breakfast and suffered for the rest of the day
I have been gradually reducing various foods for about 6 months as I have had a lot of migraines and working my way through all the usual culprits. Sadly cheese is a big one for me so I will have to be careful with that one, also Soy and of course sugar and alcohol ( no surprises there!
I live in UK so I am not sure yet about how much the shake will be, I shall investigate, once again I would like to say thank you for taking the time to reply
