Plain old oatmeal works well for me too with almond milk and maybe half a banana. I put protein powder right in the same bowl with cinnamon and ginger to add more taste.
I make an egg and cheese omelet sometimes too. Do you like peanut or almond butter ? Those are good on rye crackers.
