:You will get there Beginning, deciding and sticking to it seem to be the hardest parts for beginners.
Plain old oatmeal works well for me too with almond milk and maybe half a banana. I put protein powder right in the same bowl with cinnamon and ginger to add more taste.
I make an egg and cheese omelet sometimes too. Do you like peanut or almond butter ? Those are good on rye crackers.
