Hi Jeffrey:
I have a couple of questions: Are you eating a potato at night and are you eating the same amount as always? How much sunlight are you getting? Are you exercising? If so, has the amount of exercise changed? Finally has the type of sugar you use changed? All of these may affect how you process sugar and the morning headache.
You may need to switch to a planned snack at night instead of the potato. Perhaps your blood sugar is crashing in the night.
Are you "browned" yet? This may quiet the sugar rush. Perhaps it is time to move to step 5.
I think what we really need is to see a listing of your foods for the last 3 days and then we may easily see what is going on. Would you be willing to post your food?
