Sugar rush at this point??
I have been going steady with Step 4 for some time now. However the last few days I have been getting a big sugar rush from my daily sugar fix at dinner time and waking up with a horrible headache. I haven't felt anything after eating sugar for months and all of the sudden I am like back to day 1 in the program. I checked my food journal and it has been very consistent: same amount of protein, browns, same hour, same amount of sugar, etc. every night.
I wonder if my body is going through yet another biochemical change and I need to cut back on the sugar or something.
