coffee and tea

Thanks for your support. I'm feeling a lot better and more confident to pick up the pieces and continue on. =)

One thing I notice is, I just can't seem to have either coffee or tea black. even hot or iced, i just love to add the milk and sugar. if i used soya milk as a protein source, or even almond milk, should i make sure it's un-sweetened? in general do you find that this program makes you crave sweetened coffees/tea less?
