I was reading a few days ago a post about breakfast help. Kathleen had calculated a different amount of protein for someone than she had for herself. Have the calculations changed Kathleen or am I misunderstanding? Have you found that it's holding people the same amount of time? I was always calculating by .6 and I read that you are saying .4 now? It always felt like so much food and every single day would have such a hard time eating that amount at each meal. Does it still max out at 250 also?
I would love to know if things have changed but don't know how the "staying" power will be if I decrease amounts. I'm just wondering if I read it right or I'm confused or what? Could someone please clarify for me, I'd really appreciate it.
