Re: Journal. having a spring clean
In Response To: Journal. having a spring clean ()

Hi Mosaic,

So good to be here again and see your post. I had a big old relapse this whole summer. But, I am detoxed again, and now connecting - again :h10) I love a good cleaning, I even love hearing about a good clean-out :h9) It is definitely a BE raiser for me.

Recently I took a tenant into my house. This is new for me, I really felt I couldn't live with people before. But now I can. and despite the relapse, that is definitely because of RR. Taking the tenant made me clean out two whole closets, vacuum, clean, get rid of clothes that just did not make me feel good. What a great feeling!

I think I will do a journal clean-out too. Thanks for the inspiration.

: not really a spring clean is it? but
: I now have a whole wardrobe shelf
: spare :h4)

: I spent the bank holiday weekend
: going through my old journals and
: ripping them up and having a good
: old tidy.

: seven years worth, which I expected
: to be a little job, took HOURS.
: Ive got sore thumbs from tearing
: :s7( but at least Ive learnt not
: to do the whole thing at once and
: spread it out over three days.

: one thing was so obvious. Course I
: had a re read :h9) My early
: journals were full of untidy
: writing and exclaimation marks and
: drama. The stand out thing was
: everything was marked Day 4.

: Either having one, expecting one or
: winding myself up for one :h6)

: Lot of water under the bridge since
: then, many breakfasts and a lot of
: attention to timings :h9) and I
: those day 4's do not appear these
: days. I am going to touch wood
: just in case LOL, now I have
: written that, but I am not worried
: because I know what to do with
: lifes events these days.

: Now to rethink my status as a
: hoarder, and plan what to do with
: my new space.

: :h10) :h10) :h10)
