Just started!
Hi I'm Charlie,
Like the title says I just started this morning so please wish me luck!
I hope this is the beginning of a long successful journey following years of sugar addiction. I had a huge binge last night an felt terrible about it when I woke up but trying to remain positive and see this as a new start.
Had a small bowl oatbran with milk, banana and peanut butter on toast for breakie- is this any good? I have 2 young kids so not much time to cook eggs or bacon. TBH I dont really like that kind of thing in the morning. Does greek or natural yog count as protien? Does any kind of cereal include enough protien for it to 'coutn' iykwim?
Would lobe some advice/suggestions on this?
